KeeSpiritPRAISE
Established in 1999, the PRAISE Experience is a community outreach worship gathering birthed to lift up the name of Jesus Christ through the art of movement. It is a powerful evening of praise and worship expressed through liturgical dance, step, mime, and other movement-based ministries.
Rooted in unity and purpose, the PRAISE Experience creates space for ministries to come together and minister through movement in a spirit-led environment. What began in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area has grown into a global movement, impacting lives through worship that speaks beyond words.

New to KeeSpirit – Spirit of PRAISE (SOP)?
KeeSpirit – Spirit of PRAISE (formerly PRAISE BREAK) is a ministry that brings people together from different ministries to worship and connect through movement.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore Youth and Adult movement, including Mime, Combined Dance, and Pageantry, all in a spirit-led environment.
Each year, participants learn a piece created by a guest choreographer while building fellowship and community. Beyond the annual program, there are additional gatherings throughout the year to stay connected and grow in praise together.
Whether you are new to movement ministry or a seasoned dancer, you are welcome to join us and experience the joy, unity, and purpose of Spirit of PRAISE.
